"Wonderful"
We love the fact that they had gluten-free options at breakfast. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint is when you call the hotel it clearly states that food is available to order 24 seven. However, we were at the bar at 9 PM and we were unable to order sandwiches. Bartender stated the kitchen was closed.

I absolutely loved that the property was extremely close to everything that I wanted to explore and see. I loved the fact that they had a facility for us to park in took some of my worries away.

Location was great!! Room was spacious and clean. So much food, stores and everything close by or a short drive. A pool (we didn’t use) and great cable channels.

Location was great with nearby bus stops and L train station. Breakfast was great for the price. Room was big enough. Staff were kind and nice. There was a misunderstanding about whether the breakfast was included but they provided it without any problem.

The young spanish looking girl at front desk in the evening shift OMG she needs a raise, she was so nice with me ,answer all my questions and concerns, very helpful all around I forgot her name but she has a very beautiful smile

As soon as you walk in, the staff greet you and they are extremely nice. The breakfast that’s included in your stay was amazing as well. Well worth it. The room was nicely cleaned.
